Vietnam is one of the most beautiful countries in Asia which delights with its rich diversity of life, culture, landscapes and beaches. On a trip from North to South Vietnam you can experience the full diversity and be touched by the magic this country has to offer.

In the North lies not only the capital of Vietnam, but also the so-called soul of the country. Hanoi is a mosaic of colorful markets, narrow streets, treasured pagodas, tranquil lakes and mystical Buddhist temples. North of Hanoi, is the Ha Long Bay. Ha Long, the "descending dragon" defended the Vietnamese against their enemies with its powerful tail strokes - thus creating deep grooves and rocks which characterize the landscape. Today, the Ha Long Bay, with more than 2,000 small islands is one of the most beautiful and popular destinations in the north.

Central Vietnam is decorated with beautiful beaches and historical possessions, including four belonging to the UNESCO world heritage sites in Vietnam. Hue, famous for its splendid tombs of the Nguyen Dynasty, is located on the "Perfume River" and always gives the feeling of a venerable imperial city. Da Nang is the main entry point to Central Vietnam and disposes of one of the most beautiful and widest white sandy beaches of Vietnam. As a former Air Force base of the Americans, Da Nang also has some historical sites to offer. 25 km south of Da Nang you find the beautiful town of Hoi An - old Japanese wooden houses, colorful streets, Japanese-style arched bridges and Chinese temples decorate this little town. Hoi An offers beautiful beaches and a small town with tailors and restaurants. Nearby one can visit My Son, the most important place of former buildings of the Cham.

The Mekong Delta, characterized by numerous rivers and canals, is one of the most important agricultural areas of Vietnam. On a boat ride through the secluded canals you may get a glimpse of the daily lives of the people living in this impressive delta. The beaches of Phan Thiet, Mui Ne, Ka Ge pamper you with fine sandy beaches, sun, palm trees and a deep blue sea with gentle waves...
